I requested an email when the battery I required was back in stock, it didn't happen so I had to keep going online to find out if the item was now in stock.Delivery time was good after ordering.

Second Dyson purchased.

Bought the vac online on Wednesday, I was offered next day delivery which I chose. It came on Friday midday and the warranty started on Saturday. The review of the order said that delivery was Thursday between midday and six-o-clock. We were happy enough with Friday delivery but we did wait in on Thursday afternoon. The product was easy to assemble and operates perfectly.

have had the v10 for 2 years very poor…

have had the v10 for 2 years very poor quality machine. poor plastic components. filter clogs up have had purchase a second filter. battery power fades can hoover one room and thats it. doesn't pick up very well.i think i will go back to german manufactured goods .no wonder he's so rich

Great products but the worse customer…

Great products but the worse customer service ever!I finally managed to order a product from them, Airwrap complete, the long one. Excellent product, can't complain about anything regarding the features. Being out of stock for so long didn't help, but I understand the current climate with Brexit and the Pandemic. The major thing with them is poor customer service and handling the deliveries (and no, is not the courier fault, as DPD went the extra mile!). Two important details were missed from my delivery note, my phone number was wrong and also the access code was missing... As we live in 2021 and this company is supposed to be a high end, few mistakes should be allowed.. really disappointed from this perspective.Overall, great products but the delivery and customer service side needs massive improvements/ training!

dyson v8 animal broke again

purchased a dyson v8 animal, approx 3 months later the pickup rollers stopped working, 6 months later it has stopped working again and have been informed by technical support it now requires a new battery, this hoover is only used for the living room and has done very little work since it was purchased, as this is now the second time it has broke i need to find out my legal rights as i cant afford to buy a new hoover every 12 months, very dissapointed with this product?UpdateI contacted customer support and they are going to send a replacement battery, but this is now the second time the unit has failed and i have no confidence in its reliability or how long it will last as its only 9 months old

Dysons battery’s don’t last

Bought a V10 Dyson in Singapore, battery only lasted 2 mins, took it to dyson service centre, don’t think they did anything, due to redundancy had to return to UK, Dyson won’t honour warranty as bought overseas, (there all made in the same place) so forced to buy a new battery, had about 4 Dyson’s this will be my last.Update Dyson contacted me after reading this review and registered my dyson onto uk system and refunded the cost for the new battery, only fair to my update review.They didn’t ask me to alter my review maybe this won’t be my last dyson after all !!The new battery works just fine and I have a fully working machine again

Out of stock and appalling customer service

I placed on order on Dyson’s website and selected a delivery slot two days later. A day after the delivery slot (with no delivery) I called Dyson to ask for an update. I was told they didn’t have any stock so I should have been able to order - yet their website let me. They told me my order wouldn’t be cancelled but would be fulfilled once stock came in. I stated (several times) that I had been waiting months to order so didn’t want to cancel and was happy to wait for stock. They told me I didn’t need to do anything, just sit and wait. The next week my parents (who placed an order at the same time and had the same issues) received a dispatch email but I received nothing. My payment was also no longer showing as pending. I called Dyson once again and was told that the first adviser I spoke to, when I repeatedly agreed not to cancel my order and stressed that I was happy to wait, had cancelled my order straight after our call. I hadn’t received any update of this. In fact at no point did Dyson communicate with me at all. Every time it was me contacting them. Their customer service is shocking.

Update on 0 stars

So after my 7th call I was promised categorically that I would receive a confirmation email, an email from the delivery company confirming delivery, a call from a senior manager and my hairdryer to arrive between Thursday and Saturday. You've guessed it, no emails, no phone call and no hairdryer. Words fail me.

No longer impressed with Dyson vacuum…

No longer impressed with Dyson vacuum products. These filters are so hard to keep clean, but if you do not, the cleaners simply stop working! Understand the need for effective filtration, but the filters must then be easy and quick to clean. Why do I need to have a stock of filters at home??

Disappointing Experience

When I ordered a new vacuum cleaner I received a confirmation email stating a delivery date of January 3rd. As I received no despatch confirmation or tracking details, I called Dyson Customer Services on the 3rd and after a very long wait to be connected, I was informed that the item was out of stock and would be delivered by the 8th. At no time was I contacted by Dyson to inform me of this fact. When I eventually received tracking details, I was given a time slot of 10.20 to 11.20 for the delivery which subsequently arrived after midday. I would never buy a product directly from Dyson again as I think their customer service is very poor.
